Going Live with Oncord

HOSTING DNS WITH ONCORD:

Follow the three steps outlined below.

Step 1: Configure your E-mail Account Hosting Settings

Microsoft or Gmail

You can connect these easily with our e-mail setup wizards.

1. Go to Settings > Domain > Edit

2. Click on the Setup Microsoft 365 or Setup Gmail wizard in the tool bar (Above the DNS Records)

Note: To complete this connection wizard you will need the Verification ID from within your Microsoft 365 account e.g. MSID=12345.

Use Oncord Servers for Email

This is be default. Please ensure you have setup the email addresses prior to going live.

1. Go to Settings > Email Accounts

2. Click "+New Account" (located at the top)

Use Pre-existing External Email Service

No settings neccessary for setup. Except to ensure all contact forms are setup to notify the correct email address.

Do you run an office VPN, VOIP or other service which run off subdomains of your domain such as: intranet.domain.com, ftp.domain.com, fileserver.domain.com?

You will need to configure the additional DNS records via Settings > Domains > Edit Domain.
